- Project leadership – lead teams to translate client and stakeholder objectives into project outcomes;
- Project management – provide technical support and coordination to manage scope, program, costs, quality and risks. Includes specialised support such as stakeholder engagement and management, interface management and procurement management;
- Design management – identify, coordinate and integrate design requirements, manage consultant teams, packages and interfaces, maintain technical and operational standards;
- Bid and tender management – coordinate all aspects of bid, tender and proposal preparation, including team selection, technical writing and interface coordination;
- Contract administration – execute individual contracts through all phases, and provide Superintendent services;
- Portfolio management – assist and enable clients to align projects with broader organisational goals, and make clear decisions about projects’ strategic relevance;
- Program management – manage multiple, related projects or work packages inside a major project, ensuring alignment, traceability and efficient execution;
- Strategic advice – advice on project management systems and processes to optimise the client’s internal controls and decision-making.
