Track PM was formed by the merger of two established independent consultants and registered architects, Frank Lindsay and Ralph James. Their combined involvement represents over 50 years of work experience providing management to well over 100 projects. These range from individual and small projects to complex, multi-disciplined and multi-faceted city building programs valued in the millions.
