DESCRIPTION
As part of the New MetroRail Project, the Warnbro Bus Rail Interchange was improved to provide infrastructure to support projected capacity requirements. The existing facility was limited in the context of projected growth in demand within the catchment area. This included:
• Expansion of existing facilities from 2 bus bays and 2 layover bays to 7 bus bays and 4 layover bays
• Extensive remodelling of existing entry and car park infrastructure and was delivered in a continually operating public environment.
TRACK PM ROLE
Track PM managed the planning, procurement and delivery of the Warnbro Bus Rail Interchange. Track PM also provided design management and Superintendence services to this project.

• The delivery of a bus rail interchange at Warnbro to accommodate current and projected final capacity demands.
• Maintenance of the operational environment throughout construction.
VALUE-ADDED
Track PM both developed and executed the project management plan for this project, and successfully managed other PTA projects simultaneously. The project was delivered within the identified time, cost, scope and quality constraints
